Inspired by artist Giorgio Adreotta Calo’s blood red glass window art installation held within Amsterdam’s famed church of the same name, the OUDEKERK is the perfect dramatic goth statement piece to adorn your vampire crypt.
With four main panels sharply pointed like daggers, this Victorian lampshade features cathedral motifs on sheer black mesh fabric that are framed by swooping sheer geometric panels almost giving the impression of a bird in flight. The lampshade is further accented by hand ruched panels that adorn the top edge. The body of the lampshade is lined in hand dyed ruby red silk with a custom ombre to wine to give the perfect dramatic deep red glow to your dark lair when lit.
The OUDEKERK is finished with black gimp and a double layer of black fringe trim and hand knotted and dyed ruby to black ombre tassel trim. Contains a standard washer fitter at the top and is suitable for medium sized lamps with a harp and finial.
